Celebrate Families Kick off Event at Washington County Fair Park, 3000 Hwy. PV, West Bend. New this year will be demonstrations on rocketry and robotics. Other activities for families with teenagers including Geocaching, the 2nd annual teen "Celebrate Talent" show, a game room and other activities. There will be live entertainment and performances by local youth groups, a Family Resource Fair, hands on activities for children, clowns, face painting, fingernail art, a scavenger hunt, Treasure Chest, rock climbing wall, model railroad display, animals, archery, bingo and more. This is a free family event. Celebrate Families is a collaborative effort of agencies, organizations, businesses, schools, churches, and citizens of Washington County to "Celebrate the Family" and to emphasize the importance of the family. The kick-off event is just the beginning of how we encourage families to grow together through activities and events throughout the month of February.
